Refund policy

EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

All orders have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.

Two return methods are available:

  1. Drop-off at a collection point.
  2. Drop-off at one of our physical stores: Paseo de la Habana 42 or Lagasca 55, Madrid.

*Personalised products or items purchased during outlets or pop-ups cannot be returned under any circumstances.

2. IN-STORE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You may also process exchanges and returns free of charge at any of our physical stores (Paseo de la Habana 42 and Lagasca 55).

Please note that the store operates exclusively as a drop-off point, which means:

  • It is essential that all online purchases have been previously processed through the Reveni returns portal. Our store team will assist you if you are unable to complete the process via the link.

  • Refunds are not issued in store. The customer will always receive the refund via the payment method previously selected on Reveni.

  • The new exchange order is not handed over in store; it will be sent directly to the customer’s address through the system established by Reveni (free of charge for Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands).

*In-store exchanges and returns are valid exclusively for orders placed from Spain.

REFUND METHODS

For purchases made in physical stores, we only offer the option of a credit note with no expiry date, redeemable both online and in store.

For returns of online orders, there are three different refund methods available:

  • Bank transfer

  • Original payment method

  • Gift card (redeemable online and in store)
